Any illegal use of our VPS services, including but not limited to terrorism, child pornography, hacking, phishing, or spamming, is strictly prohibited. Any account found in violation will be terminated immediately, and the case may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Terms of Service
All Kamalsystems customers agree to abide by these Terms of Service (TOS). These terms are intended to ensure responsible use of Kamalsystems’ network and services. Kamalsystems reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time, with changes becoming effective upon posting on our website or by direct notification to customers.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are fully responsible for securing their VPS servers. Any security breach resulting from customer mismanagement, including attacks on other systems, will result in the suspension or termination of services. The customer will be liable for any damages caused.
- Kamalsystems strictly prohibits the creation of multiple accounts with different identities without permission. Any violation will result in account suspension or termination.
- The legal owner of a VPS is the individual or organization listed as the account owner in Kamalsystems’ database. Kamalsystems reserves the right to enforce security measures in the event of ownership disputes.
Indemnification
Customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kamalsystems and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from their use of Kamalsystems’ services.
Disclaimer
Kamalsystems provides services “as is” without warranties of any kind, including, but not limited to, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted service. Kamalsystems is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Termination for Non-Payment or Breach
Kamalsystems reserves the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment or violation of these terms. In the event of a customer’s insolvency or bankruptcy, Kamalsystems may also terminate services without prior notice.
Data Backup
Kamalsystems is not responsible for customer data backups. Customers are solely responsible for managing and backing up their data on their VPS.
Refund Policy
Kamalsystems offers a refund on unused credits within the first 7 days for monthly plans. Customers who are not satisfied with the service may request a refund, but any used credit during this period is non-refundable. No refunds are available after 7 days.
Billing and Payments
- Payments are accepted in various methods, including cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum) and traditional methods like credit cards and PayPal.
- Non-payment will result in immediate suspension, with services being purged after 7 days of non-payment.
- Customers are responsible for all fees related to service usage until cancellation or termination of the account.
Account Suspension and Cancellation
Kamalsystems reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if found in violation of these terms. Accounts in violation of these terms may be terminated permanently.
Governing Law
These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws. Any legal action related to Kamalsystems services will take place within the applicable jurisdiction of Kamalsystems.
